Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. Orders that meet our free shipping threshold will automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location within the US. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jgarriott1@hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first.
