All sales are final. Due to the nature of our mystery bundle products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the mystery nature of our products — items are curated surprises and cannot be returned or exchanged based on personal preference or item reveal.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jgarriott1@hotmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.
